TEHRAN - Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi sent a message of sympathy to his Ukrainian counterpart Kostyantyn Gryshchenko on Wednesday, expressing deep sorrow at mine explosions that occurred in the cities of Luhansk and Donetsk on July 29. According to Reuters, 37 miners were killed in the explosions. Ukraine's coal mines are among the world's most dangerous because of outdated equipment and disregard for safety regulations.
